Because it is one of the most hygienic surfaces for the preparation of foods, SS is  very easy to clean, as its unique surface has no pores or cracks to harbor dirt, grime or bacteria.  Typically, we recommend a simple soapy water solution to clean the surface.  Stainless steel polish can be used as well to remove fingerprints and smudges from oil.  

Our proprietary Sueded finish will make maintaining your tops much easier.  It fingerprints significantly less, and can be rebuffed or polished mechanically by the lay person without any prior polishing skill.
