Our concrete is pre-cast at 1 1/2" for countertops, and 3/4"- 1 1/4" for backsplashes, but other thicknesses are possible.
Colors for this product start with a natural base color, but are virtually unlimited due to the fact that we add pigments during the mixing process.
Once cured, the surfaces are sealed with a durable topcoat.
This sealer provides a high degree of stain resistance, but like any natural stone surface, care must be taken when preparing foods (i.e, use cutting boards).
Our proprietary mix formulation has been engineered to deliver only the finest quality concrete surfaces, utilizing state of the art fiber reinforcing technology.
Each cast is unique, and therefore, every slab will exhibit distinctive variations.
Any sink configuration can be utilized with these tops (e.g., drop-in or undermount) from virtually any manufacturer. Complex shapes and curves can be accomodated
and custom features include, but are not limited to:
integral bowl vanity sinks (4 standard models + custom bowl design)
cast in accent plates such as stainless steel,copper, zinc, or brass
Our standard concrete colors include the natural base color (unpigmented)
and 11 pigmented colors (bone, verde, charcoal, dijon, black cherry, chocolate, limestone, sea green, cappucino, dungaree, & brick). Other applications would include Fireplace surrounds, tabletops, and decorative panels.
